微軟正在與Meta公司合作，將Microsoft Teams整合到扎克伯格的工作場所平台。 Facebook工作場所，或現在被重新命名的Meta工作場所，將很快整合Microsoft Teams，將視頻直播到工作場所小組。微軟還將Workplace整合到Teams中，這將使Teams用戶能夠通過Teams中的一個應用訪問Workplace內容。該應用可以選擇釘在Teams的導航欄上，並將包括一個Workplace內容的主頁。微軟團隊的管理員也將能夠把內容標記為重要內容，以便在工作場所應用程序中展示它。Meta公司的這個工作場所和微軟團隊的整合是兩家公司之間更廣泛合作的最新成果。工作場所已經可以整合到SharePoint、OneDrive和微軟的Office 365套件。 Meta公司還將Workplace整合到微軟的Azure Active Directory中，並迅速成為該服務的十大應用之一。Teams將於12月登陸Meta門戶，新的直播功能將於2022年初推出。

蘋果公司正在開放iPhone和Mac的上門維修服務。從iPhone 12和13開始，它將開始銷售200多個單獨的零件和工具，供用戶在家裡修理他們的設備。客戶在完成維修後歸還使用過的零件，將獲得一個回收信用。將提供維修手冊，以便客戶在購買零部件之前可以回顧一下流程。自助維修服務將於明年年初在美國推出，然後擴展到其他國家。蘋果公司說它計劃出售 “200多個單獨的零件和工具”。該公司還將提供維修手冊，客戶可以在購買零件之前查看。這些零件和工具的價格還沒有公佈。蘋果公司表示，客戶在完成維修後歸還他們使用過的零件，可以獲得回收信用。

「以顧客為上」連外國人都知道的意識，留住顧客才是更長遠的目標，Prime會員服務，是在顧客表現出有需求前，就先有的解決方案；當初有超省的配送方案來面對價格敏感的客戶，但對於時間寶貴但對價格不敏感的客戶呢？這時候就是Prime 的推出與出現！Prime Now 服務推動到英國，本來是沒有雜貨業者願意提供這樣的服務，後來紛紛都要思考解決，2小時內到貨的需求。
市場還沒有的服務，不代表不被需要；聆聽顧客的需求很重要，但要比競爭廠商領先，就不只是聆聽，更需要觀察與創造。
用訂閱制/會員制的方式，讓你顧客更死忠，打破以往零售商對忠誠的概念「買越多，賺越多」，Amazon 將此「省錢」的想法，改變成替顧客「省時、節能又省力」，也就是強調便利、服務和體驗。
Prime會員平均花費是非會員的5倍之多，購物頻率是2倍之多，保留率高於90%。
（但是，這也是需要一開始的資本投資，因為Prime補貼總物流成本的60%，這為什麼需要讓此服務更深植於日常生活，才能讓客戶接受未來費用的調漲，這似乎跟蝦皮當初的免運策略不謀而合）
物盡其用：各州稅率優勢、零工經濟
雖然Amazon 以客戶為主，但他仍然是以營利為導向的企業，所以他本身也有不少爭端，例如：不友善的工作環境（員工在追求效率下幾乎無法休息與上廁所），零工經濟導致的勞工權益問題等；只能說，以企業的角度來看，他的確很懂得物盡其用，將所有供應鏈中，每個可能節省成本或是增加獲益的地方，都加以利用，才能創造這樣的獲益與帝國吧。
