亞馬遜將從明年開始為美國的用戶在結賬時增加Venmo選項。這家零售巨頭最近公佈了第三季度的業績，收入同比增長了13%。亞馬遜的客戶已經有很多支付方式，所以新的支付選項會被多大程度地利用還不得而知。雖然Venmo有允許購買加密貨幣的功能，但亞馬遜還不接受加密貨幣。
Netflix的iOS應用程序開始測試一個新的兒童頻道，旨在顯示從其兒童內容庫中提取的短片。兒童剪輯 “功能使用與TikTok或Instagram Reels類似的界面，試圖展示適合兒童的內容。但是，競爭服務主要是為縱向觀看而設計的，而Kids Clips的視頻是為橫向觀看而設計的。 Netflix認為TikTok是一個主要的競爭對手，所以這個新功能很可能是為了搶走該服務的時間。

一間企業，會有明星商品，但單一商品塑造的進入門檻不高，需要透過各種服務與商品的支持與配合，創造生態系，已達到最大的綜效（Synnergy）。
Amazon 之所以難以超越，正因為他不是傳統的書商，他也不是傳統的購物平台，打從一開始他骨子裡是一間科技公司，透過各種新的科技，他改變了很多傳統的模式與想像，例如，先以電子商務方式，打破了一定要到書店選書購書的消費習慣，但後來，又以實體概念店的方式，不同於銷售，更是在推廣其會員制度，以及購物簡化的流程。
但是，這都要有個心理準備：這是長期策略，短期內難以獲利，所以你需要有面對投資者時好的溝通與信任！
在Amazon 最成功的飛輪效應，就是由AWS 所帶起，把原本應付自己需求的資料分析與雲端運算能力，作為服務轉售，AWS站Amazon 獲利的三分之二，提供資金讓其他服務，有更好且更新的發展。
小範圍測試後，再全面推廣
這也是創業最常遇到的迷思：求快，所以還不穩的時候，就不斷的推廣與擴張，「Webvan 在第一個市場成功前，就擴張到一個新的領域 ，往其他區拓展的同時，等於正忙於展示灣區（原始）市場的失敗」
