同居理財

要說情侶到底和不合適，只要同居相處一個月就知道了。同居就是情侶最大的挑戰，從一個人生活變成兩個人一起面對生活大小事，相信很多情侶也會因為對方一些事而有些小爭執。除了生活，在同居理財上面呢？

日常花費習慣現形

同居後有許多生活用品花費要一起share，這時候兩個人的花費習慣就會現形，有些人買東西會到處比價，但另一半卻只要快！遇到這情形你們會怎麼做呢？這時候還是要多多溝通和互相配合畢竟東西是兩個人一起用的，別看省下來的一點點，久了會看到效果的，雖然很多事沒辦法真的分得很清楚。如果有一筆共同支出的話，就更要做好記帳，在每個月底找個時間一起來看看錢都花到哪了，也能互相提醒要為了以後的生活做好理財的習慣！

房租

一起住的話一定會有一方是負責轉帳給房東，另一方如果遲繳或者甚至不交就會造成困擾。這時【緊急備用金】原理就能用到房租了，至少要留一到兩個月的房租當作儲備金，那麼在穩定的收入下是不需要用到這筆錢的，當然有緊急的事也要提出來應急。情侶間對於付房租的時間也要多溝通，才不會造成彼此心中的芥蒂。

存不了錢 更別說投資

在外生活房租基本佔據了一大部分開銷，還有其他的生活費，在大城市更是更難， 想要存錢基本上不可能，而且跟另一半一起生活常常會突然想吃好料或是看個電影，打開錢包默默坐回電腦面前看“第三方”資源，真是甜蜜的負擔！同居的情侶一定要先建立對於儲蓄這件事的共識，最好在領到薪水時就把當月的儲蓄自動額度轉到投資戶口，儲蓄就是投資的第一步，別看一個月幾百的威力，在兩個人的努力下複利的效果x2啊！
